Sebastián Lerner is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2011 and holds a postgraduate diploma in Customs Law (UBA, 2016). He specializes in customs law and international trade, advising both domestic and international clients—particularly in the hydrocarbons sector—on regulatory, operational, and litigation matters. His expertise includes import/export regimes, logistics, the importation of temporary and used goods, and representation before the Central Bank of Argentina, the Customs Administration, and the National Tax Court. He also provides strategic counsel on special customs regimes and complex international trade operations.
Before joining the firm, Sebastián was a senior associate at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja (2019–2025), and previously worked at Estudio O’Farrell (2013–2019). He teaches annually alongside Eduardo Mallea in the Postgraduate Program in Hydrocarbons and Energy Regulation at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA). He is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies, and the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
